How’s the market looking for 2021? It’s still looking good, guys. Interest rates are low, which means I have lots of buyers out there ready to shop—as do many other Realtors. For this reason, it’s a good time to list your house. Additionally, inventory is low, which means you’ll face a lot less competition when you do list. On top of that, the average sale price has increased over 15% since this time last year, and homes are selling 10% faster.
