Meet Karlene Phillips

Originally hailing from the island of Trinidad and Tobago, Karlene lived in Maryland, USA for many years with her family. Growing up with year-round use of golf courses, tennis courts, and beautiful beaches, Karlene decided to relocate to familiar scenery in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Karlene has owned both primary and vacation residences in the Caribbean and the US, which gives her a unique perspective within real estate. Her goal is to help other families to relocate to South Florida to experience a wonderful lifestyle. Karlene is a licensed real estate agent servicing Broward and Palm Beach counties.
